Upaya dalam manengani Dehidrasi atau kekurangan cairan pada penderita DM yaitu dengan meminum air putih pada waktu-waktu berikut,
– 1 gelas saat bagun sahur
-1 gelas selepas sahur
-1 gelas setelah adzan maghrib
-1 gelas setelah sholat maghrib
-1 gelas setelah makan
-1 gelas setelah sholat tarawih
-1 gelas sebelum tidur
Saat puasa anjuran minum air putih kita minimal 2Liter dalam sehari atau setara dengan 8 gelas air putih.
