- Menyegerakan berbuka puasa
 - Bertahap dan tidak terburu-buru
 - Diawali dengan ta’jil, dianjurkan mengandung karbohidrat sederhana
 - Sunnah rasul: kurma -> fruktosa, serat, vitamin & mineral (kalium, magnesium, niasin)
 - Dilanjutkan setelah 1-2 jam kemudian
 - Tidak berlebih-lebihan
